Board of Directors

The Committee shall be managed by a Board of 16 Directors, half of whom from ACP countries and half from EU countries, elected by the General Meeting for a three-year term.

The Board meets at least twice a year, to review the strategy, activities and finances of the Association.

The Directors execute their functions through several sub-committees such as the Executive Committee, the Strategy Committee and, by delegation, through the General Delegation (Executive Office).
