The site www.coleacp.org aims to provide information about all of the association’s activities.

COLEACP strives to provide information on the website www.coleacp.org that is as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for update omissions, inaccuracies or deficiencies, caused by COLEACP or by third party partners who provide such information.

All information indicated on the site www.coleacp.org is provided by way of indication and is subject to change. In addition, the information on the site www.coleacp.org is not exhaustive. It is provided subject to changes being made after being posted online.

COLEACP owns the intellectual property rights, or holds the usage rights over all information available on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds and software.

In accordance with the French data protection and civil liberties law No 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended by law No 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, personal data automatically processed from the website ‘www.coleacp.org’, hosted on its own servers, has been declared to the French data protection authority (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés – CNIL) under number 1359145.

As such, and in accordance with Article 32 of the aforesaid law, personal information collected via the forms on the site are subject to data processing with the sole purpose of the controller being able to respond to users in the most appropriate way, and will never be used for purposes not foreseen or communicated to partners.
